Welcome Back to School!

Hello! I am Meg Barker, your new Librarian at Fisher Mitchell School. I recently relocated to Maine from Washington, DC. I have taught middle school language arts and social studies, and most recently worked at the Library of Congress helping teachers use primary sources in the classroom.

This week in the FMS Library we are going to get reacquainted with Library procedures and expectations, talk about reading heroes and mentors, and explore some of the new books and magazines in our collections. I am excited to have a great year with the whole FMS community!
